From those extra virgin oils awarded this distinction, he blends his personal favorites, and bottles it under the Senorio de Vizcantar label. For La Tienda he has a Special Selection blend of the most aromatic and fruity oils of the early harvest. The three olive oil varietals in our blend are Picudo, a fresh, fruity oil; Hojiblanca, a mild, floral oil; and Picual, a peppery, bold oil.
